You have to be clear about some things:
What are your dreams?
- Do you want to travel the world and do what you love to do?
- What if you could make more in one month than you make in a year?
- How about taking December off and just hang out and be with your kids, golf, relax, and just enjoy time.
What if you could have a goal that says you’ll NEVER have to look at the price again of anything you want to buy because your entire life you had to reason with yourself over and over again if you “should” buy “it”.
Have you ever figured out what it’s costing you not to move ahead?
Here’s a simple exercise:
- Write down what you feel you should be making a month
- Subtract how much you are making
- And that is how much it’s costing you every month by not making changes and going after your dreams.
Quick example, let’s say you feel you should be making $100k/yr and you’re making $65k/yr. Subtract the two, $100k - $65k, and that’s $35k/yr or $2916.67/month. It is costing you almost $3000/month staying where you are!

Why is this important?
This is exactly what I said to myself when I was down in the dumps.
What you see above is actually my goals. I wrote them down, visualized what I had to do to get there, put a plan in place and then made it work. And yes, YOU can do this. You just have to know how... you have to know “What you want” and “How to get it”.
The amazing thing is that we have helped several people go from struggling to becoming more confident and hitting the ball out of the park.
You have to be different. Take the road to the right. Not waste time.
Most sales people are missing it.
Most sales people only get it HALF right…
So they are earning HALF of what they should be making and working TWICE as long as they should!
... and that was me. I didn’t leverage anything and just kept working hard.
Working hard got old... it got tiring...it got hard! Heck, I even looked older working harder! And I see so many in the same boat.
This is about throwing you a life preserver and showing you how to get out of that sinking ship and get on a rocket ship to a better life personally and professionally.
Starting off in sales, it was obvious I was lost and didn’t know what I was doing. Like I was “lost at sea.” I desperately craved having someone show me exactly what to do and how to do it. I craved having a mentor.
But like everyone else, I wanted the shortcut.
Problem: I couldn’t find it.
So what did I do?
Kept working hard. I forced my agenda down my client’s throat. Wining and dining customers was a nightly ritual. The agenda: Get to that buddy-buddy relationship so they did the deal with you... out of guilt. Not because you were the best sales person with the best product and the best company, but out of guilt.
Boy, what a way to sell huh? That was me.
So as I went to numerous sales training classes what I learned was they were all filled with gimmicks and tricks that THEY wouldn’t do on their best day. Well if THEY wouldn’t do it, why would I!!??
What did working hard get me?
- $70,000 in credit card debt. The minimums per month close to $3k
- 12% of quota going into the last quarter of the year
- Spent $6,000.00 on a client at The Masters hoping it would insure me winning the deal.
The result:
- Lost the deal.
- Stayed in debt.
- Lost my temper with the client.
- Was given 90 days to save my career or it was over.
The worst part: I didn’t like the guy in the mirror anymore.
It was then I said,
“Time to change what you are doing... because whatever you ARE doing...it’s not working”
Then it hit me. Just do what other successful people do.
What do they do?
- They get to power.
- They net it out.
- They don’t waste time.
- They have strategic conversations.
- They have confidence.
- They have courage.
- They have candor.
- They aren’t afraid of telling the truth.
Of course, these are all things you have read over and over, and in our training, we show you HOW to do this and opposed to WHAT to do.

It will be continuous up’s and down’s and you will look back and wonder how come you are not ringing the bell.
You see, if all you work on is improving your hard skills, you will never have permanent, increasing success with massive jumps in your income.

If you are not where you want to be, it’s not your fault because
