Costigan Power Coaching was designed to be an uncomplicated and effective vehicle to facilitate forward movement within the lives of individuals who have a desire to create positive change, meaningful personal growth and fulfilling professional achievement.

First Power Coaching Session:

  • What do you WANT?
  • When do you want it by?
  • How are you going to make it happen?

Reinforcement Sessions:

  • What’s working – what’s not?
  • What changes do we need to make to keep you moving forward?

Coaching sessions are held over the phone once per month and typically last 20 – 40 minutes. They are meant to provide support, accountability and a call to action. Some clients benefit from a more structured format that includes exercises that help them formulate and articulate goals and others already know exactly what they want and prefer less structure and open discussion. This goal here is to make it easy, fun and productive – something you look forward to rather than an anxiety producing obligation!

Fee: $99.00 per month for one year – THE FIRST AND LAST MONTHS ARE FREE!!!*
