Kara and Julie,

For what it’s worth, and from one Senior Rep’s perspective, this was a fantastic class yesterday.

In the few hours since we wrapped up the class yesterday afternoon, I have ordered 3 of the books John recommended, downloaded the podcasts from his website, re-written my Goals for the year, and I will shortly be listening to the new CD’s he gave us on my commute in to work.

But more importantly, and this is especially true from the perspective of a Senior Rep, John’s class yesterday was a reinvigorating reminder of many of the things we have learned in the past as well as a fresh perspective on new ways of doing things (John’s ability to get the brand-new CIO of Adidas on the phone in just a few minutes yesterday was mind-blowing.  Most of the class sat stunned in awed silence when he did the call yesterday on behalf of Caleb Adams, another Senior Rep).

I completed the review online for Michelle yesterday, but I just wanted to add 2 enthusiastic thumbs up for yesterday’s class.  Sometimes the longer we’ve been at Oracle, the more important it is to have these refresher courses, and from a new perspective.  John’s class was top-notch yesterday.  I will carry his lessons with me for the rest of my career.

Thanks again for bringing John in yesterday.
